Register your organization to exhibit throughout the 2025 AIChE Southern Regional Conference this March 28-29th, 2025. This $300 booth registration allows your graduate program or company to network and recruit top talent from across the southern region. This exhibition booth fee is in addition to the individual Industry and Faculty Registration fee for exhibitors.

Please be sure to register your exhibition booth by March 7th at the latest.

- University of South Florida 2025 Southern Student Regional Conference Refund Policy -

Cancellations of individual registrations should be emailed to southernsrc2025@gmail.com no later than March 9th 11:59 pm will receive the opportunity for a full refund of ticket price, minus transaction fees.

In addition, tour and workshop refunds of 10 dollars will be refunded in the form of cash when picking up registration materials at the University of South Florida 2025 Southern Student Regional Conference.

For the chance at a refund, please list the reason for why a cancellation is requested. After March 9th, no full registration refunds will be given.
