Includes registration to 2025 AIChE Southern Regional Conference for the weekend of March 28-29th, 2025. Ticket price includes meal designated on agenda, as well as full access to the conference events. For exhibitors, please see Exhibitors and Sponsors webpage for additional information.

Registration may be waived in the case of volunteering to judge competitions — ChemE Car, ChemE Jeopardy, Research Posters, and Oral Technical Presentations.

- University of South Florida 2025 Southern Student Regional Conference Refund Policy -

Cancellations of individual registrations should be emailed to southernsrc2025@gmail.com no later than March 9th 11:59 pm will receive the opportunity for a full refund of ticket price, minus transaction fees.

In addition, tour and workshop refunds of 10 dollars will be refunded in the form of cash when picking up registration materials at the University of South Florida 2025 Southern Student Regional Conference.

For the chance at a refund, please list the reason for why a cancellation is requested. After March 9th, no full registration refunds will be given.
